Tryouts and meet the bearkats

All potential players must participate in tryouts for the Klein High School Boys Soccer teams. Participation in the soccer class period does not guarantee a spot on the 9th, JV, or Varsity team. Likewise, not being in the class will not disqualify a potential player from participating on the teams.

Tryouts are usually held after school during the week after Thanksgiving break. All boys trying out for the team must have a physical on file with the coaches and have completed the required Klein ISD Athletics forms online.

Families will have the opportunity to celebrate those players who make the team at the annual Meet the Bearkats event, typically held the week after tryouts. The booster club generally sells merchandise (one of our primary fundraisers) at Meet the Bearkats. Coach will provide additional information after tryouts.
